No, the app is free for your agents and service providers. Only the manager account requires a subscription.

The security deposit is included in all plans. A pre-authorization (card hold) is taken on the guest's card before arrival. If everything goes well, the amount is automatically released. In case of damage, you can capture all or part of the amount. Pre-authorization is free, a 5% commission applies only in case of capture.
